Each User is permitted only one account on kiwi4d. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and confiscation of funds. If you have inadvertently created multiple accounts, you must immediately notify customer support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. kiwi4d does not charge fees for deposits; any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours for verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawals can only be made to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as your kiwi4d account. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. We reserve the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or for accounts displaying unusual activity patterns.
All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits made exclusively for the purpose of transferring funds without genuine gaming activity may be flagged and subject to investigation. kiwi4d is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting therefrom.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus pending wagering requirements or bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method.
kiwi4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, or otherwise violate platform policies. Upon closure for breach, we may confiscate account balances and winnings.
Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
All content on the kiwi4d platform including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks are the property of kiwi4d or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
Your use of kiwi4d is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of kiwi4d shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kiwi4d operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.
